Refund/Exchange Policy

No Mo-Stache Return Policy

Returns We want you to love your No Mo-Stache purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, please contact us at support@nomostache.com. We’ll be happy to process a refund for you. To do so, we need the original proof of purchase. For orders from www.nomostache.com, your order number serves as proof of purchase. For purchases from other retailers, the original receipt is required. Include your full name, mailing address, a copy of the receipt, and the reason for your return in your email.

Refunds Refunds for orders from www.nomostache.com will be processed back to your original form of payment. If you bought your No Mo-Stache product from another retailer, your refund will be issued via check.

Exchanges If your item is defective or damaged, we’re happy to replace it. Email us at support@nomostache.com and we’ll provide a return label and process your replacement order.

Gifts If you received a No Mo-Stache product as a gift from www.nomostache.com, provide the order number from your packing list. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll issue a digital gift card for the value of your return, valid on www.nomostache.com.

Shipping Please mail all approved product returns and exchanges to: 4470 W. Sunset Blvd, Suite 107 #632, Los Angeles, CA 90027.

Any product sent back without a return authorization will not be eligible for return/refund.
